  Competitive prices across food ranges. Less impressed with housewares and soft furnishing. Good range in the cafeteria at moderate prices. Separate counters for instore fishmonger, butcher, baker and deli products. Free parking with ample disabled spaces. Generally helpful and friendly staff but store layout at cigarette kiosk causes congestion.

  was at Morrison today 20 February and was asked to go to the 10 items or under by one of the floor staff and was verbally abused by the checkout operator who told me that for health and safety reasons she could refuse to serve me. I was holding up the queue - one person in the queue - kept telling me that there were now checkout operators that were and again said she could refuse to serve me. How many items did you think I had twelve!!!! For someone who regularly spends over £100 per week in the store I feel that this is well out of order. I will be taking this up with the management - nice to get out to do a bit of shopping - I don't think.
